Owner, Esthetician

Dianne de la Garrigue, Montage’s Owner and Esthetician, has nearly four decades of experience in the beauty and wellness industry.

Born and raised right here in Manhattan Beach, Dianne’s deep desire to help her clients look and feel their best led her to establish Montage Boutique Spa. In 1996, Dianne relocated Montage to its current Sepulveda Boulevard location, marking a milestone in Montage’s success.

Dianne’s commitment to excellence is evident in her unwavering dedication to staying at the forefront of the beauty industry. As a lifelong student in the art of beauty and the science of skincare, Dianne prioritizes continuous innovation. She and the team attend classes, engage in ongoing education, and strive to consistently stay on top of the latest research and development in the field. This commitment ensures that Montage remains a haven for those seeking top-notch skincare and wellness services.

Amy

Spa Manager, Lash/Brow Lift & Spray Tan Specialist, Makeup Consultant

Amy holds a multifaceted position here at Montage, blending her role as Spa Manager while performing services as a Licensed Esthetician. Her talents extend beyond managing day-to-day operations, as she helps make Montage the haven of beauty and rejuvenation you know and love. As an esthetician, Amy provides spray tans, precise lash and brow lifts, and personalized makeup consultations and applications. Prior to joining Montage Amy’s journey in early education cultivated a nurturing spirit and a love of learning. She brings that approach to each client she welcomes into Montage.

Annie

Esthetician and Spray Tan Specialist

Annie is a founding member of the Montage family, having joined the team in 2001. She transitioned from corporate project management to become first a Massage Therapist, and later a Licensed Esthetician, which is her sole focus. Originally from Michigan, she embraces the Manhattan Beach lifestyle, mirroring the energy of her active clientele. She is dedicated to helping everyone with their skin care needs; keeping her loyal clientele while welcoming new ones.

With extensive experience, Annie offers effective treatments using only top-quality products. In addition to her fabulous facial services, Annie offers clients organic sunless spray tanning for those seeking a UV-free glow.

Annie’s commitment extends beyond routine sessions; she finds fulfillment in contributing to clients’ well-being and facilitating their transformations.

Lucy

Esthetician

Lucy is the newest Esthetician to join the Montage family. She’s a skincare enthusiast with a keen interest in the beauty industry. She finds joy in connecting with clients and creating personalized at-home regimens to enhance their confidence. At the heart of Lucy’s approach lies a deep appreciation for the therapeutic effects of a relaxing facial. With a belief in the healing benefits of a spa experience, she emphasizes the importance of total de-stressing. The sensation of melting away on a heated bed is an unparalleled indulgence that Lucy aims to bring to each client in the treatment room.

Gaby

Esthetician and Waxing Specialist

Gaby is a dedicated Wax Specialist and Esthetician with five years of hands-on experience in both waxing and skincare. With a passion for providing comfortable, safe and professional waxing services, Gaby finds immense joy in helping women feel confident in their own skin, and ensures a pleasant waxing experience for every client.

One of Gaby’s greatest joys is witnessing the happiness and confidence that blossoms in clients after seeing the results of their facials. Beyond providing services, Gaby takes pride in educating clients about aftercare, ensuring they have the knowledge to maintain healthy, glowing skin between visits.

With every appointment, Gaby strives to leave clients feeling better and more at ease than when they first walked in, embodying the essence of care and professionalism in the world of esthetics.

Gina

Massage Therapist

Gina’s journey into massage therapy began as a pursuit of personal growth and effective self-healing practices. Interested in the transformative power of massage, she decided to turn her passion into a career. Completing her training at The Shiatsu Massage School of California in 2001, Gina embarked on a mission to share these practices with others.

Over the years, Gina’s passion has evolved into a mastery of various massage techniques and styles, ranging from sports and prenatal to deep tissue and Swedish. Her dedication to her craft is driven by a genuine love for what she does, making the practice of massage incredibly rewarding for her.

Bernice

Massage Therapist

Bernice managed a Manhattan Beach hair salon for a decade before entering the field of massage therapy. In addition to honing her customer service skills, this experience prepared her for a career in the beauty and wellness industry. During this time, Bernice realized she was meant to be a Massage Therapist. She feels a profound sense of purpose and fulfillment in her chosen path. An A2Z Health Massage Therapy School graduate and South Bay native, Bernice loves the SoCal lifestyle. Her firm belief is in the power of human connection and the therapeutic effects of touch. Bernice approaches each appointment with a compassionate heart and a commitment to ensuring that every client leaves Montage feeling restored.

Katie

Front Desk Associate, Esthetician-in-Training

Katie is our new Front Desk Associate and Junior Esthetician-in-Training. She is a Pittsburgh, PA native and recent graduate of Boca Beauty Academy in Florida. Katie is dedicated to expanding her knowledge in the beauty industry and brings with her a passion for health and wellness. In her free time Katie loves the outdoors. You’ll find her hiking and enjoying nature.  She is committed to continuous growth and looks forward to working with the team at Montage.

Amanda

Marketing Communications Manager

Amanda, a seasoned Esthetician, served clients in the Montage treatment room for six years. Originally joining us as a sought-after skincare expert, she transitioned into an unofficial Marketing Communications Manager during her time in person. Her involvement in strategy planning and copywriting for the spa’s communications established her as an asset beyond her esthetic role.

When she and her family relocated out of California, Amanda embraced the opportunity to continue her important role remotely. Drawing on her extensive background in marketing communication and project management prior to her esthetics career, Amanda blends these two worlds. This unique combination of skills and knowledge allows her to continue offering support to her team at Montage, ensuring a balance of beauty and marketing expertise.
